Did a walk in without an appt. It took a little while before he could get to me but to be fair, he was the only one working. He was tired and we still had a great conversation. He did a great job on my nails also.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude to kids, and hateful to me. All because my kid was taking a moment to pick a color.
Called at 11am to request a same day appointment, they said just walk in after 3pm. I arrived at 3:20. I waited 2 hours just to realize I’d probably be waiting 3.5 -4 hours before someone would even touch my nails. There was one employee working very hard, trying to take two people at a time- it was pitiful that he was alone. There should be at LEAST two techs working at any given time. They have always done a great job with whatever I have wanted! Heads up tho they do appointment only till 3:00pm but from 3:00- to closing they do walk-ins! Nice quick service, she even worked me in last minute!!
