5 star experience. I got the massage to alleviate extreme soreness from working out. A few hours after my massage I felt stronger than I've felt in weeks. Teresia did a great job at addressing some ongoing issues I was dealing with also. Communication was great throughout the massage. Overall I was extremely pleased with the process and the results. I will be going back to Teresia and have recommended to my family and friends.

Not having had a massage in too many years, I could not have been more fortunate than to book an appointment with T. She has a lovely studio and consummate skill, which will leave you relaxed, content, and going back to see her again.
We had T as our massage therapist for a retreat of professional women and the consensus was that she gave the best massages any one of ever had! She was so attentive and caring and was able to accurately determine our lifestyles and needs just by touching us. She was incredibly professional, accommodating, and her techniques made us all melt. We all plan on booking her again and I HIGHLY recommend that you book a massage with her. You'll get everything you're looking for and more!!
