Tim Barton and this company is not a legit company. They are scam artists. We just purchased our brand new construction home that was built 3 years ago and the HVAC was unfortunately installed by this illegitimate business. The first warm day of the season and our AC stops working properly. I reach out to the name on the warranty and find Mr Barton. He sends out a tech and I was charged $250 to fix a leak. T's installed a mini split HVAC unit in our new home. The unit needed the filter cleaned. We had no idea where the filter was located and called T's for assistance. After waiting 2 days for their promised technician, no one came or called to say they could not come. And the unit was installed too high for us to safely access the filter once we were able to find it. Would not recommend them.
Always prompt, polite, and I recommend Tim to all our friends. He manages 6 units for us with all repairs to AC and heating units. He won’t tell you that you need something when you don’t. Honest. What more can you ask for?
Can I give them more then 5 stars! Awesome customer service! Called and they sent someone out right away. Had us back up and running in just a few mins. Best prices too! Thank you guys!
Tim and his guys replaced our AC unit. I have nothing but nice things to say about them. We had him come out on a Saturday, July 15 to look at the old unit. He got us the quote and his guys were back out on Tuesday at 9:30 am to install the new unit. They were done with all the work by 1:30pm and the house was on it's way to being cool. They were very professional, left no mess at all, and they were very polite all for a reasonable price. Thanks Tim!
