Amazing customer service and attention to detail! Very reasonable price and I left with my ideal curly cut and new confidence! 100% recommend
She does a good job cutting hair, but make sure you ask for prices upfront before getting a cut. I was expecting about $200-$250 based on her website. I was charged almost $600. At no point was I warned it was going to be so much. That is a lot of money to me as I have some health problem and currently have medical bills. Her cuts are great but one star for the total lack of pricing transparency.
Do not waste your time!!! I’ve been to her before she does good work…..when she shows up!!!! I drove all the way to La Jolla and waited for 40 minutes and texted her but nothing…. Completely inconsiderate and disrespectful. I can’t believe I just wasted my time! I’m so beyond annoyed. Read the other reviews that are just like this one…. Believe them! She really just had me drive up there to wait for her knowing she wasn’t gonna show and mine you it’s 11 it’s not like 8 am or anything. I’m pissed!!!!
Appointment was pushed back twice and I still drove 30min just for her to be a no call no show, even though she confirmed that morning. Extremely disrespectful and a waste of my time
