I had a horrible experience here as well and had to go to the cut app and I found a Barber in Columbia who was excellent. A Leisure Design Barbering not only fixed my cut but his services were top notch. I apologize for having to leave this review but the truth is the truth.

Worst customer service. They over charged me at the end and also gave me cuts everywhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THEM AT ALL…

The haircuts are “okay” for the price, but the barbers lack skill in fading. I requested a fade but ended up with a number 1 cut, which is just a short haircut. Additionally, when I asked for some adjustments, the barber appeared irritated because it was what I originally asked for, even though I wanted it shorter.

I called if I could walk in that day and get a haircut when i arrived 15 minutes later at 4:00 they were closed

Had a wonderful experience at T's today for my first visit. I walked in and was seated immediately. Had a nice introductory chat with the barber since it was our first meeting, and I showed him some pictures from a fairly recent haircut that I received and liked (the stylist that had done the cut in the pictures I shared decided it was time to retire).
