I banked with TS for 17 years but closed my account after COVID due to extreme loss of income. Things are looking up so I went back to open my account but since I over drew my account twice in 17 years, even though I paid them back, I'm not allowed to use them anymore. American National was more than happy to take my money and I look forward to banking with them.
I wish I could put zero stars! This bank is a joke! Had my account for about 6 months and my card has been shut off 5 different times and of course you can't get ahold of anyone! Spent hours on the phone trying to get it all figured out and at the end of it all I have to wait 15 days to have access to my funds! Do not open an account here they are not helpful at all and good luck getting access to your funds!!
Every time I use the ATM at that location it never works..
