Very upset I put 7500 down on a 2018 jeep renegade the car is not even 2 months old the trans went out plus I’m paying a car note of 250 month
Bought a truck and as soon as I left 30 minutes down the road check engine light came on... they been helpful for the most part... kept having same issue... ADAM sent me to a shop that will work on it... well when the shop told me to come pick it up I went and ADAM did not pay... so ADAM told me to pay and he will zelle me tomorrow... well cutting to the chase I paid 460 for the repair and ADAM will no longer take my phone calls... from his personal number and the dealer chi-town motors will not pick the phone up either...
Sammy and Ahmad were amazing and smooth , they helped me every step of the way. Car runs smooth and they made sure I was good each day
