Ebonee was very helpful and kind with switching our room when we noticed a malfunction with the flooring that caused some water to leak. She addressed the situation and immediately took action to upgrade us to a suite without charge. Our new room was spacious and clean. The hotel is also very close to several restaurants and historical spots, making it a nice walk on a sunny day.
Nice setup with a clean bar, great bartender, kind parking valet person, and super clean room. Will definitely stay here again.
Our stay at the TYRP Downtown Savannah was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and customer service exceeded our expectations. Beautiful hotel. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. I will definitely return.
It was nice but it was a little bit old and I am just going to leave it right there the staff was very good everyone that we can interact with
