This hotel was about the same price range as other nicer hotels and was generally in the right place. Upon check in the lobby smelled like a natural gas leak-the front desk laughed and said we weren’t the first people to say that. What? The room was dated and dirty (see photos of the bathroom walls stained, dirty floors and dirty bathtub. This was on arrival). Black out curtains deteriorated so much you can see through them. Booked an accessible room online weeks ahead of time. When I arrived it was given to anothet guest. Only good thing was Ebony was able to help us out by getting us a bigger room. Won't go here again, but did want to thank Ebony for making a terrible situation better.
The room was nicely appointed and the staff was thoughtful and professional. The hotel was within easy walking distance to all the downtown attractions and the Johnny Mercer Civic Center
I want to know why the manager lied about bedbugs in my room..#502. I was bitten by bedbugs in the middle of the night. I was moved to 513...on my receipt that palpl documented that to refund my stay for 2 nights and when I got home, I realized she's a liar!!! I WANT MY MONEY!!! FULL REFUND!!
