This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had in a long time. The problems started the moment we arrived. During check-in, the front desk employees appeared far more interested in having personal conversations about men and relationships than in assisting guests. We stood there feeling ignored while they continued their discussion. The lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking and created an extremely poor first impression. Renovations in the lobby and bar , no more aquarium and no karaoke too many changes for once was a nice place they have a rooftop area that could be used for bar and entertainment that they don't utilize.... poor planning . Bring back the things that made this place great .
