Edited this review because broken promise from staff. Probably the same staff that has been accused of theft? Bad experience from check in and nothing has changed! They charge for parking at the threat of a tow, if you ask how much, have I done this right, or anything else, you get the "I don't know" answer with the why are you bothering me attitude! One of our party is claustrophobic, we asked about stairs. "OUTSIDE!" Was all we got. Vending on the floors is just the housekeeping room, no ice, no machines, no help from anyb... read more

Ok the bathroom was not separated by a door. It was part of the bedroom. There was a sliding barn door for tge shower that you could slide over to cover the toilette. There was no water pressure in the sink. We only had one towel for 2 people. The breakfast took forever. We never got a bill so left and told the front desk what happened. They did comp our breakfast which was about $20 for two English muffins and two cups of coffee. Our coffee maker did not work. Neither did the lamp. The beds were comfy. I Stayed 1 night, the A/c made a horrible noise all night, I couldn’t sleep. When I went to the front desk In the morning there were no other available rooms. I checked out early and then got charged $750. I called the hotel and nobody can assist me, because they said there were a line of people.

We stayed at this hotel prior to our cruise out of Port Everglades. The hotel and rooms were clean. The location was good for the cruise, but not if you wanted to walk to a convenience or grocery store. They were charging 4/5 dollars for a bottle of water. The ice machine was not operating, and we couldn't walk to a store to get water as the building was situated between major highways with no where to cross.
