I arrived from the hospital for my appointment, well within the 15-minute grace period, at 3:15. Mary, the front desk staff member who checked me in, treated me with unacceptable behavior. She chose to cancel my appointment despite my being within the allowed time and aware of my urgent circumstances. Her actions came across as discriminatory and deeply unprofessional, which is extremely concerning, especially in a medical setting where compassion and fairness should be a priority.
Awesome tele-health service. Fifteen (15) minutes! That’s the length of time it took from me deciding to meet with a doctor virtual to me actually talking to the doctor. Dr. Bowen is a highly credential medical professional so I was impressed that this service was not left to junior staff members. Dr. Bowen was very helpful and provided thorough information about my query, including suggestions on OTC medications that would be helpful. Korrine Cortez-Rolband has quickly made the correct diagnosis of my symptoms every time I have seen her, including somewhat complicated and frightening symptoms which to me seemed serious but turned out to be minor. Not everyone has that talent. Furthermore, she has also reassured me by explained her reasons for the diagnosis in detail. A great doctor like Belgrave deserves a great assistant like Korrine.
