I took my son here for care as a newborn recently. They were not accommodating in trying to get him an appointment within 24-48 hours as needed for discharge from the hospital but were able to do 72 hours and I agreed. The NP we saw was nice but didn’t seem to be paying much attention to what we were saying. I had to ask for his bilirubin levels to be rechecked since he was jaundice at the hospital and the pediatrician there said they needed to be monitored. When you have a problem can not get anybody to talk with you. They refer you to patient portal wich is in my opion useless. When you repeatdly post a problem you get same response with no one trying to contact you in person. Where is that person care they brag about.
