PATIENTS BEWARE: I am officially downgrading them. My daughter with her (she has autism) Medicaid partners insurance had been accepted there as a patient for years. After spending 2 hours on the phone, on hold I finally drove there. I went to the front desk and they had an appointment an hour and a half later. So, we left and came back. Wasting an hour and a half and a drive from Cherryville to be told (at the appointment time) they do not take her type of Medicaid! It is really hard to reschedule even with plenty of advance notices. Plus I found out later that they didn’t allow you to change provider after they established you the first time.
Hunter PA-C is an absolute gem (and he's not bad on the eyes). The front desk is extremely friendly and helpful. The entire office is clean and suitable for excellent healthcare. I barely felt when the phlebotomist took my blood. The care I am receiving at this facility is top-notch, and I highly recommend them to family and friends.
The reason I'm providing a two, is because when you call it just keeps repeating the same message without any option to stop it. It tells you welcome to Tryon medical Partners if this is a life-threatening emergency dial 911. This will continue Non-Stop and there's nothing you can do to talk to anyone
FANTASTIC front desk staff, specifically Mrs. Susan. Thank you for helping me and my son this morning. The woman who took my son's blood was wonderful as well. We are so grateful for all you ladies did to get this last bit of blood work done. We'll be switching to this office as soon as possible! Highly recommend.
