I love the Dr's but I have to say I was on hold for over a hour and a half and I am still waiting trying to get make a appointment. I really hate to do it but I'm going to have to make a appointment with another doctor
Call center is down ?? This isn’t a good look. You need to be able to get a hold of your Dr. when something happens. Please do better!
Just moved to the area, trying to establish a PC doctor. After waiting on hold through their ear pain robot instructions, I was told to fill out the online New Patient form. Filled out the form, next day got a text to call their office. After the ear pain robot awfulness (again), I am stuck on hold for more than 10 minutes now. Guess they don't like new patients, will look for care elsewhere. Are you too greedy to hire receptionists? Very miserable experience.
O’Leary is not good! He will decide what pills he wants to give you and the ones he wants to take you off on a whim! Not trustworthy or caring!
