Never called and followed up about test results, but I’m sure they want me to pay for the appointment.
When you have a problem can not get anybody to talk with you. They refer you to patient portal wich is in my opion useless. When you repeatdly post a problem you get same response with no one trying to contact you in person. Where is that person care they brag about.
I use to have Dr Oleary years ago. Till left South Point Medical. Due to insurance had to stay a Sorry Family Doctor. ""But"" NOW my insurance will pay. I had 2 appts. In past. Was put in the Hospital. Couldn't make them. Now. Trying finally thought good Dr. My Wife tried calling for Appt. And thought Real Dr. Sorry He will not see you. 1. Because miss 2 appts. While in the Hospital. And words. Also. Now on pain meds. """After"" 4 major back surgerys. And 2 more go thru. But !! Lady said. All I want Dr Oleary for Drugs. SOB.... read more
I really love my doctor at Tryon Medical Partners, and my daughter’s doctor is also wonderful. They are both kind, knowledgeable, and have always provided great care when we’re actually seen. However, the biggest issue with this office is communication — or the complete lack of it. On several occasions, we’ve left messages for our doctors and never received a call back. PATIENTS BEWARE: I am officially downgrading them. My daughter with her (she has autism) Medicaid partners insurance had been accepted there as a patient for years. After spending 2 hours on the phone, on hold I finally drove there. I went to the front desk and they had an appointment an hour and a half later. So, we left and came back. Wasting an hour and a half and a drive from Cherryville to be told (at the appointment time) they do not take her type of Medicaid!
