Very clean exam rooms. Short wait times. Dr. Messiha is amazing!
Dr. Tauro has been incredible as my PCP, and I just saw Mary Dore today via Telehealth. She exuded warmth, knowledge, and understanding. She was a real gem in a time of need. I couldn't have felt that I was taken care of better.
I had several doctors at TMP and all deserve 5-star ratings, more if I could give them. This rating is only 3-stars because I started with a new PCP at the Ballantyne location whose 1-star drags down the overall rating. Dr. Nardine Messiha had a professional manner but was forgetful and ordered the wrong medications at our initial appointment. I had to wait almost a month for her to order the forgotten Rx I needed and lab test. She did not communicate with me through the patient portal when the labs came back about how or if... read more
Dr. Masiha is wonderful! She is caring, compassionate, never rushes and explains everything you need to know. Whenever I have messaged her she is very prompt at responding. Her staff is equally as wonderful. They are a joy just to talk to.
