The Drs here are great. I've been very pleased since I moved to the area. They are quick to get me in and I've never had any scheduling issues.
My 91 year old father went to Reena Mehta because he'd lost over 30lbs in a short period of time. Lots of GI issues. All she did was prescribe probiotics, when that didn't help, she finally ordered a Ct Scan 3 months later. Getting the results was like pulling teeth. This practice is a scam,they are not ethical in their billing practices.I arrived late to my appointment in error,the rude lady at the checkin reminded me of that many times as she collected my payment,I got upstairss was yelled at telling me there is now a 60 second late policy,can anyone blink in 60 seconds?I was charged for annual physical which I didn't get,I just got a refill and a paper to lab,woke up next morning to another huge split bill charge???under description.nothing?I didn't say a word the 2minutes was in room... read more
Arrived 8 minutes late for a follow-up appointment 1/5. Denied the doctor visit despite arriving within the stated policy guidelines of 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time. Presumably by the physician's nurse due to being "over halfway point of grace period ". What in the world are you talking about? Grace period is 15 minutes, so they arbitrarily decline it despite conforming to the policy? We made a serious attempt to appear on time, so despite adhering to guidelines, they couldn't be bothered to provide service, poss... read more
