I love this office. The front staff is always kind and greets you appropriately. The nursing staff, doctors, and labs techs are extremely nice and attentive. I love that they provide all types of services here also.
Dr. Carnes is excellent. He's thorough, yet concise and I trust him, which is reassuring. The Tryon Medical Partners Huntersville location has a comfortable atmosphere. Their patient portal and telemedicine services are excellent. Would highly recommend.
I must say, FNP Alexis Hood, is amazing—10/10. I would highly recommend her. She listens, is gentle, and very in-depth. However, her nurse, Jeremy, is horrible. He needs to work on his people skills and confidentiality (HIPAA review). You should never announce what your task is in front of all your colleagues and other patients.
