I must say, FNP Alexis Hood, is amazing—10/10. I would highly recommend her. She listens, is gentle, and very in-depth. However, her nurse, Jeremy, is horrible. He needs to work on his people skills and confidentiality (HIPAA review). You should never announce what your task is in front of all your colleagues and other patients. I'll be honest, the front staff is very kind. Dr. Alison Johnson, not much to be desired. She's like those people that pretend they're listening when you're explaining things, but in reality they're just thinking of what they want to say after you're done speaking and in actuality, heard NOTHING you said. I would give zero but the only thing yall have running for you is Dr. Carnes. Congratulations on becoming so “big headed” you began kicking people out of your practice, an hour before their appt. at that. So no I do not recommend because they also never have a mental health referral that was requested in August! You should be ashamed of yourselves, obviously your Hippocratic oath were just sounds and air.

My visit was fine and I had no issue with my care. But I'm a self-pay patient and inquired in advance about what the cost would be. After my visit, I found out the cost ended up being more than double what I was quoted. I was charged for a well patient/preventative visit, and then because I asked a quick question during my visit about my health, I was charged ANOTHER $280 for an outpatient visit.
