Just wanted to congratulate dr David Echeverri on his new journey at Tyron Uptown. Us down here in Pensacola are going to miss him. He was my Doctor and he listens to his patients, he’s very thorough and compassionate. I will miss him. Good luck and if you need a doctor, he’s the one.
They need new employees that answer phones and handle front desk. These women are nasty to patience. Candace in the cardiology department was very rude when I called to express my concerns today. Her matter of fact attitude and tone were disgusting. If she was impatient with me, I’m sure she is the same with elderly/sick people. There is no place in medical for people like that. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and provides quality care. DO NOT USE unless you have a very expensive health insurance plan. They nickel and dime you for everything. BEWARE: If you're going for a preventative visit they will do nothing but the absolute minimum and charge you for everything else like a LAWYER. You're not allowed to actually ask about anything health related without being charge for a full office visit.
