I had my first appointment and discussed with the nurse that it would be a physical because I hadn’t had one this year - meaning I’d have no copay. I used to be a big fan of Tryon Medical Partners when I first became a patient 8-9 years ago. You can tell something has changed in recent years. They don't seem to actually care about getting you the help you need, whether for physical ailments or mental health. It's all about nickel & diming the patient, coding things inaccurately to overcharge your insurance, and not explaining that specific things will be billed differently. I come here for my annual care and my NP Olivia Garcia is wonderful. She’s thorough, listens and you can tell she cares about her patients! The office is clean and the few times I’ve done blood draws, the staff is gentle and quick. I don’t find this location to be overloading their doctors and nurses with patients so it’s been pretty easy getting the appointments I need. Parking is free with validation too.
Had an appointment this morning after struggling to find a decent doctor at Atrium. This was such a pleasant experience! The office is within walking distance which is such a bonus, but honestly I would have commuted for this level of care. My doctor was punctual, friendly, and thorough!! The office was super clean and had great views and from checking in to lab work and everything in between I encountered the friendliest staff! A++++
