Have had an awful experience. My doctor, Doctor Oliviera was very nice and thorough and knowledgeable. However, I had a question about my prescription and my test results (one of the results is out of range and the comments on patient portal still say all Ok). Have been calling these guys and leaving messages (after a really long call wait time) everyday for past some days and someone is yet to get back to me. Providers were great! Staff that sends out the reminder about the appointment and they send any of your questions, but can't answer inquiries correctly because they don't check with the clinical staff.
Doctors are great, but charging me extra for bringing up a secondary issue without any labs is insane. If you go for your free yearly physical, and you bring up ANY sort of problems they will charge you. Even if it’s a 10 second discussion. Never had this problem in other primary care facilities. Fix your billing codes.
