I have mixed feelings about my experience at this office. While the medical care was excellent and most of the staff were very professional, I had a significant issue with the front desk especially the ladie that help me out (I think her name is Shirley, if I’m not wrong) has ultimately led to my decision not to return. I brought in an original document that required a physical signature from the doctor. The doctors here are fantastic and I’ve always felt confident in their care. Unfortunately, my interactions with the nurse, Donna, have not been positive. She has been noticeably rude to me more than once, and during my first visit she dismissed my symptoms and made me feel belittled. It’s disappointing because the rest of the staff provides great care. I really hope this is addressed so future visits can reflect the overall quality of the practice.
Really disappointed in this practice. For a company that says they care about patients it clearly doesn’t show. My primary doctor was AMAZING but she always had a revolving door of nurses. I could easily tell she had 0 support from her administration. In order for doctors to take care of their patients well they need nurses and admins who support them too. Dr Busse and Dr Colon are both awesome. Dr Busse is so common sense, listens and treats me like an intelligent adult.
There are several reasons for the one star. It’s Thursday and the call center is closed. CLOSED! You can’t call for anything. Not just this location but all of them. Not by my choice but my doctor’s office merged with these people and according to my doctor‘s office who does not take calls or isn’t even in their location anymore.
