Haven't enjoyed my experience so far. Long wait times. Front desk will ask you for a co pay for your annual physical. It took 3 appts before I got a physical the office kept setting up a regular dr's visit. Talking to Dr. Ball explaining my situation seems to be minimized by her opinion even after all of my research. She didn't seem interested and my appt took forever. I'm going back to Novant. Got there at 11:30 the board said she was on time didn't get seen until 12:15. You can't make an appt online for her. The list goes ... read more
