I started going to Tryon Medical Partners a few years ago. I could not ask for better doctors and staff. I’m greeted with a smile at check-in , nursing staff and the doctors. Dr Mehta is great . She always makes sure we discuss everything and I feel welcome and trust her 100% for my medical care.

Beyond disappointed. I just switched to this practice in March, 2025. I completed my physical with Dr. Amin. I have taken a controlled substance for 20 years and understand I am required to complete a visit every 3 months. We did a virtual visit 4/15 and discussed this controlled substance. I was told he wouldn’t be able to fill the script until 4/28 which was fine. Yesterday, I called to remind him to fill the script and was told he is requiring another virtual visit. There is no reason for this. The dosage remains the same... read more

I checked in as a new patient for Dr. Tehal Mehta at the Waverly location. I arrived around 2 for my 2:30 appointment. There was nobody at the front. However, a front desk staff appeared shortly after. I did not get a warm welcome or a "Hi how can I help you," no greeting whatsoever, so I asked "Do I check in with you?" She mumbled something, it was unintelligible due to her having a mask on and she was behind the computer screen. I could make out that she nodded yes. The amount of doctor turnover is unusually high and I’ve had no luck getting realigned with any of my top four choices for replacement doctors (either they are leaving the practice(!) or aren’t taking new patients). Me and my family will be moving back to the Atrium medical system.

I’m trying to schedule an appointment for my husband with his primary doctor Badalyan, it’s now 1:30 and I call the Waverly office number twice. At midday no one answered the phone hung up after 30 minutes of being on hold. Call back at 1pm and was on hold for 15 minutes a a customer service representative named Kayla was unprofessional, rude and hung up the phone on me. She said there was no availability or cancellations for his primary doctor till April, I had to ask many times to repeat herself since I couldn’t understand... read more
