This apartment is in a great location! Walkable to many jobs. And lots of food options. Its also close to the light rail as well. Management and maintenance responds in a timely manner as well. This is a a true pet friendly apartment.
Beautiful building
I've been living here for nearly two months, and overall, I'm really pleased with my apartment. The payment portal is straightforward, and the other residents have been friendly and supportive. The reason I'm giving a three-star rating is mainly due to communication issues, particularly around parking passes for guests and maintenance requests. I've been living here for almost a year and I'm afraid to even I'm cooking my own kitchen. Due to the fact that no matter what I do, the walls constantly get stained. I tried every trick in a book. To prevent/, remove the stains and nothing's working. I don't know what type of paint this realtor company uses but its not good quality, specially for kitchen's and everyday use.
It’s been nothing but an amazing experience living here. Leasing staff and office members are very responsive and will do their best to get your questions answered. Kudos to the entire team here!! I'm changing jobs and hence have to move out but living at Elevate at Tryon will be my first preference should my circumstances change!!
