I was hit by a car as a teenager. I have spent 50 years going to chiropractors. The last few years the adjustments no longer relieved my pain. In fact, it made things worse as several of my toes became numb. I went to an orthopedic surgeon and pain management specialist and my prognosis was bleak. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Dora Tryfonas. I started going to her almost 2 years ago now and I was in a very dark place with back pain where I was about to start getting steroid shots by recommendation of other doctors and other chiropractors. Terrible. She speaks in a very condescending tone as if she's better than you. God forbid you accidentally open the door up too far and hit a potted plant. Who puts potted plants that close to a door?

I don't know why Google hasn't shown my review posted already. How grateful I am that I found Dr. Tryfonas. I had spinal stenosis which caused a lot of pain just to stand and walk. Before seeing her, physical therapy did not help—actually made things worse. A spine doctor, neurosurgeon, wanted to screw my spine together, which, after much research, did not sound good.
