Do not rent here. The property management company does not answer their phones or resolve issues in a timely manner. My AC has been off during the hottest weeks of the year, the first time it took almost a month for them to resolve. After "resolving" the issue started up again Thursday this week. How do you give MINUS FIVE STARS??? We have been complaining about mice and ants in our apartment for more than 3 weeks now. First, noone was responding, then I called the emergency line. In the meantime, our bathroom changed to an ant hill! Trybe only sends people to "work on it", but the fact that I haven't slept restfully in 3 weeks because there are mice running across mine and my child's bedroom, pooping on our clothes and toys, and ants flying all over, biting us when we sleep, doesn't interest them at all. Moved into an apt. "managed" by Trybe Oct. 25. Discovered the washing machine was not operational. It is now Dec. 12 and we still haul our laundry to a laundromat because the washer is still not working after several "promises" of a new machine being delivered, and then "reasons" for delays.
