Trybe Fitness truly lives up to its name – it's a real community! I was a little nervous trying a new gym, but everyone here, from the staff to the other members, has been so welcoming and supportive. There's a great mix of fitness levels, and the focus is on loving your body and enjoying the process. Highly recommend for anyone in Sylvan Lake looking for a positive and inclusive fitness environment.

Came here for a bachelorette party! They team at Trybe was absolutely amazing! They accommodated a larger group of ladies and opened registrations early for us to ensure we were all included (despite the fact that first time attendees are free, so they knew they wouldn't make a profit from us). The spin class was awesome and had the best post-class stretch. All the bridesmaids commented how much fun they had!! Thank you for a great time and workout!!

I have been going to TRYBE Fitness Bar for almost two years now. I love people there and group fitness classes they offer for every fitness level. They have intense cardio spin classes, strength workouts, pilates/barre classes and even yoga. Come and join us for morning workouts or after work at evening sessions. Need a child care, TRYBE have you covered as well. Plenty of payment options, with credit packs and monthly membership and FIRST class is always FREE!
