Do not rent here! If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a lack of maintenance and an increase of pests in units and common areas IN ALL OF THEIR BUILDINGS. Don’t be fooled by the building where the office is located, conditions are filthy and depressing and management is non responsive! Like other reviews stated, you can hear the rats in the walls! I would avoid renting from ANY building under their care.
Do not rent here walls are infested with rats been with broken fridge since November 6 2024 it December 6 2024 called 311 and etc do not rent here they don’t fix at alllllllll
Ever since we got the keys to our apartment they have been radio silent. Before moving in, we put in requests to fit our windows and even get a number on our apartment door but it's almost a year later (August) and these fixes have yet to be made. There are package thieves in these buildings and that's how I found out that the security cameras don't work - straight from our building landlord himself. Be careful renting in any of their buildings unless you like fixing all the problems yourself.
Triax reality is racist and they don’t care about Black people. Their buildings are poorly maintained and everything in their buildings need to be our safety hazards. They do not care about their tenants if they are sick they also have mold in majority of their buildings that they spray over with bleach they are the worst. i have mayor health issues due to mold and leaky roofs. there refrigerator broke on me and i host all my food also i lost all my winter stuff dude to leaking roof.
