Tryax Realty is bad for business and does not care about its tenants. There is a serious rat and mice infestation throughout the building, including inside the walls. Despite repeated issues, they fail to properly patch holes or address the root of the problem. This is a known issue. Mice are running freely in a clean apartment with no food left out, which shows the infestation is coming from the building itself, not tenant behavior. The lack of maintenance and concern for tenant safety and living conditions is unacceptable

Do not rent here! If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a lack of maintenance and an increase of pests in units and common areas IN ALL OF THEIR BUILDINGS. Don’t be fooled by the building where the office is located, conditions are filthy and depressing and management is non responsive! Like other reviews stated, you can hear the rats in the walls! I would avoid renting from ANY building under their care.
