I've been a tenant with Tryax since 2009 and I don't have any complaints. I've also had an issue or two with paying rent being in between jobs and they worked with me. I recently moved fron a one bedroom to a two bedroom and the transition was seamless. I really appreciate everything they have done for me. MaryAnn is a gem as well that works in the Tryax office on Walton. Lastly, Carlos our new super is amazing. Please keep him here!
I moved into a fully renovated large apartment with Tryax. Mary Ann from Tryax helped me with the lease, new fridge and new stove, and the super is diligent at repairs. The living room, bedroom area and kitchen are very large. I like the wood floors, kitchen and bathroom tile floors. The kitchen is separate and can fit a dining table for 4 people. I am very familiar with Tryax. The building I am in is undergoing improvements to the apartments. The building is prewar. The new apartment is very upgraded from my last apartment.
I had an amazing experience with Mary Ann from start to finish, she was very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. She made the entire process completely stress-free. She made arrangements for me to see the apartment and made sure everything working properly. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She’s a great manager.
Tuesday, May 26, 2026 I am a Tenant living at 192 Bradhurst Avenue in Manhattan and there my Superintendents are EXCELLENT!!! They are VERY HARD WORKING and they BOTH DO THEIR BEST TO KEEP 3 buildings as CLEAN as possible. You MUST KEEP IN MIND that the Tenants HAVE TO WORK IN TANDEM WITH THE SUPERINTENDANTS TO ELEVATE OUR SURROUNDINGS, AS WELL!!! In other words, WE ALL HAVE TO CARE ABOUT OUR SURROUNDING AREAS AND BE DILIGENT (like people who live on Park Avenue & 72nd Street). "WE" have to CARE!!!! Because, "I" have SEEN IT... read more
Living here over 10 years in Harlem the Tryax has always been a pleasure. The offices are responsive and professional. What I love the most is the cleanliness of the building. Thanks to the super and porter they try hard and deal with a lot with some tenants.
