I had shoulder pain for 3 years that PT and massage could not resolve and was told my only option was surgery. They were all wrong and Tina was able to resolve my imbalance to get me back to full functional very quickly.

Tina is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend!
As I high level athlete, I have experienced many types of body work but Tinas work is very unique and has paid off for me in great dividends. This is not your ordinary massage but her eye for how the body moves and operates is fantastic. My body has moved better than it ever has and strongly recommend her services.
This therapy is not a quick fix in most cases but if you have patience you will see the results. Tina is very skilled at what she does and you will not be disappointed if you stick with it long term. My pain has noticeably reduced and my mobility has improved. My only regret is that I didn't start earlier.
