Tim was a total professional: thorough, expert, kind, communicative. I would make him my first and only choice for a home inspection. And since he can also inspect sewer lines, radon, etc., he's really the only person you'll need. And he gives great recommendations for vendors who can complete recommended work.
I’ve had many home inspections before and always felt a little apprehensive about the quality of the inspection, and most of the time for good reasons…However, I walked away from Tim’s inspection feeling confident and secure with his review of my home. TRW Home Inspections, Inc. (Tim) was the inspector/Inspection Company that recently performed an inspection on a home I intended to buy. Tim came early and well prepared.
