Vault has helped me on my fitness journey in so many ways. I’ve done a little of everything (Nutrition, personal training, and group classes) and have gained information, strength, and confidence. Matt and the Vault crew are very professional and giving with their time. At least in comparison to other service providers, I felt that I got more value from themduring our first one-on-one session because they were so structured and well-prepared!

Found this place at a low point in my life after almost a year of unforeseen medical issues. Since walking through the doors I’ve flipped the script completely. The whole staff is awesome, the whole program itself is unlike any gym experience I’ve ever been a part of. I get the pleasure of working with Nick each session and I can honestly say after just 8 weeks I’m almost in the best shape of my life. It’s not hard to stay motivated with Nick and the rest of the crew in your corner. 5 stars isn’t enough!!!

The Vault staff are amazing. I have worked with Hannah and Adam for 10 weeks and the results speak for themselves. You will wonder why you waited so long to take that first step!
