As an athlete I need to be challenged — I’ve never been to a gym where I got that until I went to Legacy. The coaches are constantly pushing you in the best way and they check in consistently to make sure you are meeting your goals — they actually care. So glad I found this gym
I’ve been at TRVFIT for 9months and have lost over 40lbs (210lbs to 165lbs) - I do 2 - 4 workouts a week and love it. I have found a lot of positivity, friendliness, and support with this gym, which has really helped my stress and general outlook. Lovely team of coaches who are committed and supportive! An awesome gym that is conducive to progress in your fitness journey. They will meet you where you are and push you to go further! I love it here!
I have been at Legacy for just over a year now and it has been one of the best group fitness experience I have ever had. Ive tried out various other gyms and workout plans in the past and nothing compares to Legacy! It is truly the BEST GYM IN DETROIT!!!! The team here are so knowledgeable, supportive and friendly.
