Excellent, attentive trainers that are knowledgeable and technique-focused. There are a number of different weight training, HYROX, and Metcon classes, and there are ample class times throughout the day. One of the best gyms and communities in Detroit.
I’m so happy I found Legacy Training Club! Everyone here is incredibly welcoming, supportive, and encouraging. The coaches genuinely care about their members and do a great job of pushing you while also meeting you where you’re at. Exactly what I was looking for! Fantastic team of coaches, and extremely kind and welcoming member community. Always walk out of a session feeling better than I did when I walked in!
Legacy has awesome staff and a nice space for their personal training and small class offerings. The competitions and friendly events they host make it a fun atmosphere to lock in on your physical health.
