I had a Retrax EQ bed cover installed late last year and Amp Research Smart Series retractable powersteps installed this past Monday. Truxx did great with installation, but neither the mobile App for the bed cover or the powersteps were set up and neither work at this time. I will have to contact the manufacturer to see if I can get the Apps to work. A+ installation/D- product support.
Great work and excellent communication
The cover was fine but BakFlip needs to provide a solution to the gap left between the tailgate and the tool box on a Ram
Truxx did a great job on my sprayed-in bed liner. I will definitely go back to them for services in the future.
Good pricing, excellent service. Communication was clear and direct. My truck was in and out within an hour of appointment start with a tonneau cover expertly installed.
