my experience with Truxedo customer chat / support for even exchange of product to receive correct product. I have purchased a Truxedo Truxport product tonneau cover from a dealer her in my hometown of Arizona. uppon attempted install I find that the product is incorrect item number needed as it is too long to fit my bed. The place of purchase is a (Truxport name brand dealer only) and will not return the opened box- unused item. The item number is incorrect fit for my vehicle. I received a copy of the chat transcript from our Customer Service Rep who chatted with Jimmy. I understand Jimmy is frustrated but Melissa was correct; funds were not exchanged between Jimmy and Truxedo and we are unable to authorize the return for exchange. My recommendation is Jimmy contact the dealer to question their return policy. The dealer can contact me directly at ************ and I can work with the dealer to see if they are willing to make the exchange directly with Jimmy. Best Regards, Kris **********
