I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a trailer from this dealer. Communication throughout the entire process was extremely poor. At closing (Feb 2026), the dealer agreed with the lender to complete the title work. To this date, this has still not been done, and now the lender has had to step in to handle it themselves. Because of this delay, I have been unable to properly register my trailer, which puts me at risk for tickets and compliance with DOT. Buyers Beware! To start I was promised my dump truck would be built and delivered within 2–3 months verbally from Shay after giving Truxas my deposit. It has now been almost a year, and I still do not have a truck. Completely unprofessional operation. The guy running the place is dismissive, disorganized, and looks and smells like he hasn’t showered in weeks. Communication is awful and the place feels neglected. To make it worse, the restroom is disgusting, employees don’t even flush used toilet paper and instead throw it, with poop on it, into a trash can next to the toilet. Absolutely unsanitary. Take your truck literally anywhere else.
Spoke to Shay today, what a wealth of knowledge and experience. Great customer service, helped me to resolve an issue with a brand new rig! Clearly someone who has years and years of experience and knows what he is talking about. Much appreciated!
