Fantastic Ferris mower dealer. Full service, sales, and parts. They really know how to take care of the customer!!
Really great spot with huge selection and amazing customer support. There is truth to the saying “it’s not what you buy but where you buy it”. These guys could write a book on customer care.
This place has the worst customer service. The staff is not friendly and does not care for the customers needs. Just trying to look for a product for my plow and the guy claimed “that doesn’t exist” once i found him a part number he then said he had one in stock in hung up the phone. Couldn’t ask for a first name to put it on hold for. This place is going to continue losing customers if their employees keep treating their customers like garbage.
