I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and this week was acutely disappointed in the way this credit union treated a long term customer. I recently started a new job and received a live check. Two in fact as part of my sign on came ina separate check. When depositing the checks, they hold the funds, even though it’s a certified check. If they had deposited it in our checking account as requested, they would have had to release funds over the next few days. Good luck trying to have a useful banking system with these guys. They are just not useful other than just dropping money in a bank account. They don’t pay good interest. Their Zelle sucks. If you’re like me and sometimes you need to send large amounts of money at once then it’s not going to happen. This bank is set up for children so they can put safeguard’s on the Zelle transactions. Bank of America will let you send $15k and these guys are like $1k. This is why I don’t put hardly any money in the account. It’s just not us... read more

Terrible service. Rude, unprofessional people who SHOULDN'T be working in banking and they don't know how to do ANYTHING! Never wasting my precious time at this awful location ever again!!! You just lost major business, disgusting superstition!
My father in law who is 70 got locked out his account. He called and verified every single piece of information and he got hung up on. They are making him drive 3 hours to Phoenix so he can unlock the account. All he wanted to do was pay. Personally, I was going to refinance my car with this CU but not anymore. Imagine i get locked out too? I will let him to refinance as soon as possible. Payment was made by other means. Hanging up on a current customer? Wow.
