I would not choose this bank to bank with. They closed my husbands credit card for “inactivity” with no notice at all. He had to call and ask what happened to it and they seemed really annoyed to be dealing with him. So many other banks with so many better benefits. Their money market is a joke and their credit cards have laughable benefits. Just look at other banks
I got a weird fee for using an ATM at a shared branch. Called up and they couldn't figure it out why so they refunded it. I carefully continued using the ATM and it was fine for a while. When a fee popped up again (actually a third one had gone unnoticed too) they blamed me and refused to do anything. The new story is that they did it once as a courtesy and supposedly explained they wouldn't do it again. I went here on Sept 2nd with a friend to switch some accounts over. We had the pleasure of having a young lady named Jaliyiah help us. She was a pleasure to work with. Great customer service! I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and this week was acutely disappointed in the way this credit union treated a long term customer. I recently started a new job and received a live check. Two in fact as part of my sign on came ina separate check. When depositing the checks, they hold the funds, even though it’s a certified check. If they had deposited it in our checking account as requested, they would have had to release funds over the next few days.
