Cindy has given excellent customer service helping me with a card issue. She has done her due diligence on every level to make sure this issue is resolved. Communication has been exceptional and very helpful. Also when purchasing my vehicle Cindy was absolutely accurate on the right percentage rate. I highly recommend this location. 5+ stars!
Would not allow me to exchange a $20 bill for $20 in ones without having an account with them. Edit: In reply to the banks response. The bank is claiming it is a risk to exchange money. They couldn’t bother to use those pens that check for counterfeiter bills to mitigate risk?
Having a broken ATM machine for two weeks is NOT acceptable!!!
