Cole was amazing. I never thought I would own a jeep. He helped me without judging my lack of knowledge of vehicles. He walked me through the entire inside of the vehicle and what each control was for. He even was willing to assist me with linking my phone to the vehicle. His knowledge was refreshing. He even went as far to sit in the passenger side so I could see if a tall person would fit comfortably in my new jeep. Thank you so much for all your help. I really appreciate you.
I have brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in several times for the same two issues, left it for weeks, paid thousands of dollars, picked it up to have grease smeared on my suede interior and still the issues persist. I do not feel heard. I believe they repaired an issue and a part was faulty, but it took my coming in several times to have them HEAR me that it wasn’t working.
