The absolute worst auto experience. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler unlimited from Morehart in Durango 2 years ago. Ever since I started taking it into TruWest for the prepaid oil change service, (we live near dolores, so tru West is closer), I’ve had major problems that were not present prior to the Truwest service. I believe they have replaced the radiator 4x. TruWest claims at least one of the radiators + one other part replacement were factory failures. We purchased a vehicle from TruWest and worked with Carole as our saleswoman. The entire experience exceeded our expectations in every way possible.
