Once again no complaints, just gratitude! They got me in in a timely manner, got a diagnostic on all the things that needed fixed. Told me they needed to order parts, gave me an estimate and an eta on when it would be done ( time has to do a lot with when the part arrived) and it was ready earlier than expected! Job well done. During my test drive, the salesman became emotional, he cried and shared a lot about his personal life, including church and family struggles. While I understand everyone has challenges, I didn’t feel this was an appropriate time or place for such heavy conversation. The experience made me very uncomfortable.
