The worst phone service you can have, i dont have it and wouldnt have it, you cant talk to anyone in the local office when you call.
Terrible online service. Over charge when it’s there equipment issues service don’t even go to both ends of my home.. do not recommend this service to anyone. I added my phone plan for my internet problem solved
I had a lot of internet providers that turned out to do very little of what was told to me! Then I got Truvista!! Best decision I've ever made as far as Internet providers go! It's not only very fast Plus the price was so much lower than any of the others! Customer service is amazing! I kept waiting for the bottom to fall out but hasn't happened in clse to 6 months. I'm so glad I went with Truvista!! I think my days of worrying about not being able to connect with anything is finally over!! Thank You so much TruVista!!!
Won't give existing customers internet without having a landline but offer internet without landline and $100 gift card to new customers. This is not right. We deserve internet without landline as well.
