This place mistreated me, A combat veteran with struggling with PTSD and mental health. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I was referred to Truvida Recovery by Veteran Affairs. The purpose of the referral was to participate in a Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT). However, the facility did not offer it, despite having said so on their website.
