I don't know what the results will be, yet I do know my girl is receiving the best medical care possible, for which I am relieved and grateful to Dr. Kruger and her remarkable staff. I am confident Joya has the best care possible. This makes all the difference for me. Treatments were well explained, prompt, caring and patient staff. They were totally open to discussing varying treatment options and the upsides and downsides. Just an overall great feeling and flow of experience. Honestly the entirety of staff i dealt with were super friendly and wonderful to deal with. What I appreciated most is knowing there's an emergency hospital my dog feels safe at(which is important because he can be VERY unwieldy at the vet), and that i feel will provide quality care when we need it most.

I was so grateful to Heather, who last night took in my cat Mae West, who was suffering from a severe UTI that was back after the first infection two weeks ago. I had given the clavamox dosage incorrectly so the infection came back worse. Two weeks ago my cat was treated at SR VCA, where they prescribed the medication. Excellent and very caring & friendly staff. Really appreciated the ability of them being able to see her so quickly. I had been to other animal hospitals in both Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa. They were unable to accommodate in a timeline fashion. Nor were their staff as friendly. They helped us through the process very quickly and less traumatizing to puppy. Thank you!! The whole team did an outstanding job! What I appreciated most is the speed in which they could see us and the friendliness of the staff.
