I wish I never had to come here but life happens. When my baby developed a blood clot, they saw her quickly. The Dr spoke to me with compassion about my next steps and gave some medicine to help keep my baby comfortable in her last days. Very kind people which helped make a difficult day a little easier. Would recommend them if you need emergency pet services.

This place is good but just be prepared to wait a minimum of 2-6 hours in a room with no time estimate, no updates, and no offer to wait in your vehicle if you aren’t dealing with something life threatening. You don’t know how long you’ll need to wait in the room for and nobody will come to update you on approx. when you’ll be seen. I’m not an impatient asshole by any means but a “hey it’ll be at least 2-3 hours before your dog is seen” would be nice.

Just had a fantastic experience here with our pup Boo Girl. We suspected she had a foxtail in her which has happened before. They were able to take her in at 8pm on a Sunday. We are very grateful that they attempted and were successful at removing the foxtail WITHOUT sedating her. Like all dogs, our girl reads people and was more than happy to independently go with the vet and tech to her exam room! She is a very happy girl after the removal!

My 1 year old miniature dachshund was crying in the night and woke up with some facial swelling. It appears he had a minor allergic reaction, likely a bite or sting. The entire staff was friendly, effective, and thorough in their work. We were given a treatment care plan and were out in about an hour! My pup is feeling much better. Thank you Truevet for ensuring my trust in you.

Flawless. When I tell you my experience here was FLAWLESS? From immediately being greeted warmly by attentive front desk staff - to confident but kind Vet Tech's to the patient Vet herself. Everyone we met was warm, compassionate, efficient and communicated clearly at every step. My cousin is a Vet my Dad was an ER doc and I know how much pressure these teams are on to care for our babies in critical moments. My 2 1/2 year old dog was near passing out, barely standing, not eating or drinking when we arrived one morning at 8... read more
