Only open one week and I'm addicted. The sheer amount of classes offered (variety and times) is amazing. Wanna try a cardio class where you wear a drum? Got that. Wanna do strength by flipping over tires? Got that. Wanna learn capoeira or Brazilian dance or even self defense? Got that. And the practitioners are all the best of the best, hand picked by the owner herself. Come check out TRUVE immediately- you will not be disappointed.

Alison is an incredible trainer and motivating force. I am continually impressed by each and every practitioner I meet that she has brought into Truve and I can't wait to start using the new space and testing out all the classes! Can't wait and if you're even a bit curious you should check it out!
