It was ok. I visited here about a year ago. I was supposed to get a consultation for hair loss and hair shampoo/ conditioner and style. When I got there I went to the back for consultation but the stylist said she didn't know anything about me due to the online assessment being down. I paid $150 for a full service but ended up getting a trim on hair that was only 75% blow dried (which she stated herself!) and didn’t receive any style like we had talked about doing earlier in the appointment. I left looking like I had done my hair myself—so embarrassing She just handed me the phone to swipe my card! Tiffany is a real hairstylist, not someone who’s playing in her clients hair. She is about hair and scalp health. I took my daughter to Tiffany for a wash, condition, straightening and trim. She is very professional and prompt. She immediately began by evaluating the condition of my daughter’s hair and scalp, then took her to the bowl and THOROUGHLY washed her hair. first impression was great. salon well lit, organized and felt relaxing. Services didnt feel rushed or ROUGH. really enjoyed my treatment. will be back.
