Bill and Michelle, the owners of TTS, are amazing and truly care about their clients. Their gym has a real family feel to it - you'll be greeted warmly each time you arrive, and thanked and bid farewell when you leave. The gym is super clean and fresh. I absolutely love this gym! I've been at TTS for 5+ years, participating in the variety of classes they offer and then added personal training with Bill, over 3 years ago. It's been a life changing experience because he motivates and challenges me, not only to be strong physically, but mentally and emotionally too. He's accommodating with my schedule and is just overall the best trainer. Classes are fun, the gym is clean and neat. Excellent place to go wrestle and workout! I have been going since January and do not have plans to stop. This is also good for people who likes small groups or quiet places to work out at.
Bill is the master of a body and mind workout. He really does an outstanding job of motivating me.
I appreciate Bill and Michelle TTS is a great place to go and get one one training .. not your typical gym .. here you get a relaxing laid back but good entensive workout where you can be you and become part of a family .. !
