I have called several times and left several messages over the past 2 weeks to try to set up an appointment. They do not answer the phone and they do not call back. What’s the point of being in an occupation that is supposed to be helping people, when you’re not available to even answer/return the calls of people who need to be helped? And if your books are full, how hard is it to answer the phone or return the calls, and say that?

Don’t Even Reach Out: I reached out in September 2023 for an EMDR session with Dr. Lanier. In October 2023 I did an intake with Gina and was told Dr. Lanier has a waitlist and I was willing to wait. Around February 2024 I was contacted by Gina and told that I was still on the waitlist for Dr. Lanier; however, they have an intern that I can see. Empowered Counseling and Wellness has provided me with life changing tools to be productive with managing life. The staff is professional and provides excellent service to the Nashville community. I highly recommend this business for Counseling and wellness resources!
