This shop came recommended from a coworker. I scheduled my appointment online. I arrived at the shop 15 early and waited til 15 minutes after my scheduled time until I left because the barber never showed up. The second star is because they sent a message to apologize, however didn't offer to reschedule or anything to make up for my wasted time and gas.
We travel 1.5hrs each month so my son can get his cut by Johnathon. Perfect cut every time!
Update: I tried calling any they didn't help me out like they said they would. Last time I was there everything was cool, i really liked the cut. I tried to get the same exact same thing this time, a low taper fade, and I walked out having the top looking like a 5 year old did it. Dont let the young kid with glasses touch your hair. Should've known something was off when the mid never wet my hair n barley brushed it, then everyone disappeared and left the apprentice alone.
