I am so glad to have found Trusty Glass — I spoke with James who was super informative and that same afternoon Mike and Adam showed up to do a visual inspection of the window that needed repair. My window is 30+ years old, wooden frame/sash storm window. Straight forward and super clear, Mike and Adam explained the process and provided me an estimate. Trusty Glass And Doors was a lifesaver for us!! We needed a window replaced and they were there for us. They came out and measured, kept us fully in the loop in the process, and replaced the window at a reasonable price. I would totally use them again, and recommend them to anyone who has glass needs. Trusty Glass and Door was an excellent choice for replacing just the glass in my window frames. The frames were still in great shape but the windows were damaged. The process of coming out to do an estimate was convenient and quick as was the window replacement which took 45 minutes. They did a beautiful job, were on time and polite. I highly recommend this small business for home or commercial glass services
