My son bought a car and the light came on ON THE WAY HOME from overheating! The dealership didn't care (as you can see from other reviews, its not uncommon--they clearly never care). Now he has a vehicle he can't drive because it turns out, the engine needs replaced! There's NO way I believe they don't know many of these cars have issues when they sell them. Came into Trusty about a few weeks ago, applied my application for a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I go into the dealership and I got set up with Dan and Jacob. I was there for a good bit chatting and talking like 2 friends would, Dan decided that he would make me a “good deal”. I Bought an 07 saturn outlook from them in February of 2026 and by March had to put over $2000 of work into it, it was an as is but no one told me anything about the car and they told me it drives fine so I test drive it and it feels great. Not even a month goes by and the brake system completely fails while I have my wife and kids in the car then I fix that and not even another month goes by and my rack and pinion goes bad then my power steering pump.
