I went to look at a jeep and was helped by Chris. Everything was fine til we went on a test drive and he proceeded to hit on me. He since has used my information to find me on social media and tried to add me. I feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe knowing he has access to my information. They sold me a truck that broke down in less than 3 days..the steering wheel locked up while I was driving.. literally almost killed someone.. every single person I know.. including the shop i had to pay to tow it to said I was lucky to be alive..the people at budget showed zero percent concern when I told them about the vehicle..if I could rate them a zero I would.the vehicle they sold me is a death trap..which is supposed to be illegal..stay away from budget auto on Arlington rd in Akron..
Would highly recommend not to purchase any vehicle from here ! They have 9 complaints through the attorney general office plus the other locations that they have !! Tell a friend to tell a friend!!.
