Rented a Uhaul for moving from here and very satisfied. Easy to do and they were even very understanding and accommodating when my husband mistakenly booked the wrong day.

Poor Service and Lack of Communication I rented a car from your company and was disappointed with the lack of communication and service. As a first-time renter, I wasn’t told that the car had no backup camera, which made it difficult for me to drive safely. Your team only provided photos, not full details about the car. I returned the car after one hour but was still charged for a full day. I understand the contract was signed, but better communication from your side could have prevented this issue.
