Along with Home Inspections, I also provide a Washington State licensed Structural Pest Inspection at no extra fee. If you are looking to have your home tested for Radon, I can also do a 24 hour continuous electronic radon test for an additional fee.

We hired Lee to do a home inpection and per Avista (who condemned the furnace at first glance)and an HVAC company; Lee failed to inspect the furnace thoroughly missing a crack in the furnace that had apparently been there for a very long time, causing a gas leak. The furnace was very old and he failed to notice the correct year or to recommend having it looked at further.
