Requested a SAME DAY Septic Tank inspection based on the original contractor cancellation. SAME DAY due to our inspection contingency expiring that evening for the real estate purchase. THTI agreed on the same day inspection. On site, they couldn't find the septic tank, so they called my realtor for the plat. My realtor provided the plat immediately.
