If I could give it zero stars I would but I have to give at least one. My father was a pt there and I got him moved after 3 days. They are not attentive, not clean, and don't care about the pts well being AT all. They didn't even notice when my father tried to wheel himself out of the facility (with a brain injury so it wasn't a quick or easy process for him) I found him at the door the staff had NO clue he wasn't in his room.
