Once they closed the Charlottesville office the customer service ceased. Calls are not answered. Calls are not returned. We switched to Hanckel Citizens and have been totally satisfied with their attention to our needs and customer service.
Horrible service experience... Bob Short's folks were wonderful, but these folks are horrible. Go see Greg Leffler!
