I recently worked with Steven Schoemer, Assistant Branch Manager, on some personal banking items. I can’t say enough positive feedback about my experience. Steven is extremely knowledgeable and made everything go smoothly. I also loved being able to go into the Shakopee branch and working face to face with someone!
Untrustworthy, they continued to withdraw money from my account for a loan that was paid in full. Now they want to take me to collections with no contact information except for the name Arnesha Hobson and only a Wisconsin address on the back of the envelope. They clearly want to smear my credit. I will never do business again with this financial institution.
ABSOLUTELY SLOW SLOW SLOW SERVICE! SAD!
My account was wrongfully debited and no notification was provided to me about the transaction involved. In person service was not incredibly helpful, and upon investigating the reason why it was debited was incorrect, and they would not provide additional details regarding the situation.
Had such a great experience working with Elyse Brown at the bank. She was super helpful in getting me set up with a new debit card and made the whole process quick and easy Love her so much thank you Elyse!
