Ryan is a great banker he helped me get my new account within minutes it was the most seamless thing I've done with a credit union went up to the branch got my card today and am happy to have a bank close by and other locations not far all over the area
Back when Trustone used to be US Federal and then Firefly I had no ATM fees at any qualifying ATM machine. To my surprise, Trustone is now charging $2.50 fee for any transaction that exceeds 2 per month. That’s right, the ATM receipt shows a free transaction but when looking at the transactions on your bank account the fee shows up.
