Went in to get coins exchanged for paper money....they can't do but 10 rolls ....they always have a excuse of what they can't do....told me to go to the branch at Hathaway bridge..I have a lot of money in that bank.... I will be moving it to another bank.
Local educator here. Went into this branch Tues 2/27 @4:15 pm needing assistance with a non account holder transaction I had literally just completed at the ATM outside. Spoke with a MyTeller at the ATM explained EXACTLY what I needed. She smiled and told me to come on into the branch and they could help me. Never ever bank with Trustmark. Trustmark bank is just as horrible of a bank as Regions is. Credit union is the way to go
