While the CNAs at Trusting Hands are amazing, they are unfortunately overshadowed by the poor management. This organization does not honor the Veterans that they serve and frequently demonstrates a lack of care. Communications are not honest nor are they in the client's best interest. It feels like the feedback given to them goes unheard. What's worse, the patient is treated in a punitive manner and feels uncomfortable and guilty for requesting their care. Beware of this agency!
